No, we specialize in timeshare resort resales.
2. Why are some prices for the same weeks and size accommodations different?
Prices vary on individual timeshare weeks because sellers have different expectations regarding the value of their weeks as listed for sale. Prices may vary because of demand for a particular unit. For example, units located within high demand areas of a resort, like waterfront units, may be priced higher.
3. What size accommodations are available in timeshare units?
Accommodations vary among timeshare resorts. Square footage can range from 300 sq ft for a hotel unit to spacious 1800 sq ft 3-bedroom condos. Many timeshare accommodations feature a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable den with a sleeper sofa. Typical unit sizes are as follows:

Some accommodations may consist of lock-off units (designated by "L/O") - two or more independent units that can be combined to create a larger unit.
4. I am Bluegreen owner but the timeshare I want to sell is for another company. Do I still qualify for the lower marketing fee?
Yes, as a Bluegreen owner, you will pay the lower marketing fee for ANY timeshare unit you wish to sell.
5. What timeshare companies do you represent?
We will list and market inventory from any timeshare company. When determining which real estate company can best meet your needs in the purchase of your timeshare interest, please keep in mind that certain Bluegreen Vacation Club (“Club”) benefits are personal to each owner, namely membership in the Bluegreen VIP program, including Basic membership (Bonus Time and Day Use at Club Component Sites) and, if applicable, enhanced Bluegreen Traveler Plus™ membership and the Bluegreen Preferred™ program. These benefits are, however, transferable through an authorized Club reseller.
At this time, Pinnacle Vacations, Inc. is the only authorized Distributor of Club timeshare interests other than the developer. Any Club Vacation Points that are not acquired through an authorized Club distributor are ineligible for use in attaining Bluegreen Preferred status or for use with any associated Bluegreen Preferred benefits. Those who acquire Club timeshare interest(s) through private transactions (seller/buyer) or unauthorized distributors will not receive the above-mentioned benefits.
6. Why do points listings show specific resorts?
Point-based timeshare ownership is typically deeded to a specific resort, unit and week number.
